Q. What does Frittabello mean?
A. Frittabello is named after my son Christopher. He had difficulty pronouncing his name as a young child and called himself, “Fritta” “Bello”. And there you go!
Q. From what age does the My Life baby journal include?
A. The My Life baby journal allows you to record special moments from before your child's birth through five years old creating a treasured keepsake for the whole family.
Q. Can I put pictures in the My Life baby journal?
A. Yes. There is room for pictures as well as a place for relatives and friends to record messages to your children.
Q. Are there any writing prompts in the My Life baby journal?
A. Yes. Each section or "chapter" includes a special message from author and creator, Jennifer Covello. These messages are inspired from her own journey as a mother and will help eliminate writer's block.
Q. Do you offer any workshops to help parents with their baby journals?
A. Yes. I offer "Put Your Love on Paper" baby journaling workshops that help parents start and finish their baby journals. New workshops are being added regularly. Contact me today if you'd like to schedule one in your area.

A. The From the Heart baby clothing items are made from 100% organic cotton.
Q. What sizes are available for the warmies?
A. The From the Heart warmies come in 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, and 18-24 months.
Q. Are there any special care instructions for the baby warmies?
A. As with any clothing that touches your child, a mild detergent is always recommended and cold water to prevent any potential shrinkage.
Q. Where are the embroidered hearts located on the warmies?
A. The triple-entwined hearts are custom embroidered on the back of the warmies so that it does not irritate baby's sensitive skin.
Q. Can I order just one warmie?
A. The From the Heart warmies typically come in sets of 2 in complementary colors. Contact us directly for special orders.
Q. How many notecards come in a set?
A. Ten notecards are included and are available in sets of pink, green, or blue. Each set is packaged in an ivory gift box; ready to give!
Q. I’d like to include a personalized message with my order. How do I do this?
A. Simply write the message in the “Instructions to Seller” upon checkout and a note will be included.
Q. How will my Frittabello products arrive?
A. Frittabello strives to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum. We ship most orders USPS Priority Mail utilizing the packaging provided.
Q. Does Frittabello charge sales tax?
A. Frittabello does charge sales tax where applicable.
Q. What payment methods does Frittabello have?
A. Frittabello accepts most forms of payments processed via PayPal. This includes Paypal and those credit cards accepted via PayPal. We also accept checks, however, products will not be shipped until the check has cleared. To make a check payment, contact us directly.

A. Frittabello currently ships within the U.S only.
Q. What is your process for returning an item?
A. Frittabello strives for 100% customer satisfaction. However, in the event you would like to return an item, mail the unopened, undamaged item(s) to the address below. Please return your package utilizing a trackable option and insure the package. Upon receipt, if the item is deemed acceptable, you will receive your refund, less shipping, within 4 weeks, via check.
